Start with a Free Introductory Call

After you fill out the contact form, we’ll schedule a 10–15 minute call to see if we’re a good fit. You can share a bit about what’s going on, and I’ll explain my approach and answer any questions. If it feels right, we’ll set up your first session and get started.

First Session

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you—your concerns, goals, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This is a space to ask questions, share your story, and discuss how we can work together.

Ongoing Sessions

Therapy is a collaborative process. We’ll explore patterns, develop coping strategies, and help you build resilience as we work toward your goals over time. Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking for short-term guidance or long-term support.

A Personalized Approach

Everyone’s healing journey is different. We start with a person-centered approach to emphasize your individual needs, then incorporate other approaches and tools, including evidence-based techniques, mindfulness, and more, to best support you.

Have questions? We’re here to help.

If you have a question that is not addressed here, please feel free to write it in the contact form or ask when we speak for your consultation call.

What are your session formats?
We offer virtual therapy sessions for clients in Wisconsin and California to accommodate your needs. You will receive a secure video link which you can click to log in for each session.

We only offer private pay options at a competitive rate, which allows us to focus on providing the best care without the logistical distractions of insurance paperwork. However, depending on your insurance plan, our therapist may be considered an out-of-network provider. We can discuss this further during your consultation call.

Additionally, as required by the No Surprises Act, we provide a Good Faith Estimate of costs for your therapy services. You can find more details and access the Good Faith Estimate here.

Simply contact us to schedule a consultation or book your first session.

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, as well as go over any questions you have and helpful information for you to know about the therapy process.

The name reflects the healing journey of choosing therapy or counseling. While the ultimate goal is to rise stronger from the challenges you’ve faced, we aim to support you wherever you are in the process—whether you’re just beginning to rise again or need a life raft to hold on to. (RAFT is an abbreviated reference to that life raft we offer.)

Additionally, regardless of whether you’re seeking therapy as an individual or as a family, we recognize that families play a significant role in shaping who we are, and they’ll be an important part of the healing process.
